Balloon Installations

Sometimes the little details make the biggest impact. Our Event Styling service is perfect for clients who already have the main pieces planned but want help bringing everything together into a cohesive, polished celebration.
Includes: theme direction, tabletop styling, food and beverage displays, favor displays, game stations, decorative details, signage placement, setup support, and finishing touches.

Full Celebration Design
Our signature service for clients who want a complete event experience. From the initial vision to the final setup, we design and coordinate every decorative element to create a celebration that feels uniquely yours.
Includes: custom invitations, theme development, color palette selection, balloons, backdrops, signage, banners, event styling, food and favor displays, setup, and custom design details.

The Palm | Starting at $350
A petite organic balloon installation with one arch backdrop, custom vinyl wording, and local delivery and setup.
The Coastal | Starting at $525
One or two backdrops, a medium organic balloon installation, custom wording, styled accents, delivery, and installation.
The Sunset | Starting at $700
Layered backdrops, a large deluxe balloon installation, custom signage, specialty details, delivery, setup, and breakdown.
All packages are starting points. Final pricing depends on your event details, installation size, colors and finishes, venue access, delivery distance, setup timing, and custom elements. A signed agreement and deposit reserve your date.
