Pink Palm begins working with you 6 to 8 weeks before the wedding to review your plans, create a detailed timeline, communicate with vendors, coordinate the rehearsal, and manage the wedding day from setup through the final celebration. Assistant coordination support can be included based on the guest count, venue needs, and event logistics.
